No telephone line is required for this service.

No. The connection is always on.

I'm in the coverage area. How do I get started?
We will need to come to your location to conduct a survey to confirm that we can service your location. Trees and obstacles between your location and our tower may restrict service. Once we have determined that we can service your location we will book a date and time for installation.

How is the equipment installed?
An external radio / antenna (19" x 12") will need to be installed on the outside of your building. This can be installed much like a small satellite dish on your roof-top or side of building. TV towers make ideal mounting locations.

Can the antenna be mounted anywhere I want?
No. The antenna must be oriented so that it faces in the direction of our transmission tower.

Do I need any special equipment installed on my computer?
A Network card is required. We can supply this if needed at additional cost.

I want to connect multiple computers in my home/business. Can this be done?
Yes. You will require a router that will allow you to "share" the connection. We can supply this if needed at additional cost.

Can I install the equipment in my vehicle and use it on the road?
No. This service can only be used from a fixed location.

How do I pay for the service.
We accept payment through pre-authorized monthly credit card deductions.
